The food options are varied, plenty of snacks and never did I go hungry. 3 meals and 3 snacks including chocolate every day – yum! Also love the protein shakes made with ice, it’s like creamy milkshakes!
The training I have loved. I like how the training plan changed halfway through to split workouts. I have enjoyed seeing the changes in my body and also feeling the progress in my workouts every week. I’m glad that my commute has been my LISS. And sometimes 4x gym sessions per week have been a lot due to the patterns of my shifts, but I have stuck to it and glad that I did because I am thrilled with the results J
I think you have been great as a coach, always quick to reply to emails / queries and encouraging on the weekly check ins. Over-all I have loved this challenge, so glad I took part and you have given me the much needed kick up the ass that I needed to get back on track! Thank you Kitti!
