“I started Kitti’s e-book ‘Build Your Best Bum’ on August 31st. My weight was 78kg. I decided to drink zero alcohol in September and eat healthily. I trained my lower body 2-3 times a week + 1 cardio and 1 upper body session. This training plan suited me perfectly. I began to see fast improvements not just on my legs but I was losing body fat overall.
The first 4 weeks was a bit “easier” and the second phase got more intense. The workouts never felt boring and I really wanted to complete every training session.
