“I started Kitti’s e-book ‘Build Your Best Bum’ on August 31st. My weight was 78kg. I decided to drink zero alcohol in September and eat healthily. I trained my lower body 2-3 times a week + 1 cardio and 1 upper body session. This training plan suited me perfectly. I began to see fast improvements not just on my legs but I was losing body fat overall.
The first 4 weeks was a bit “easier” and the second phase got more intense. The workouts never felt boring and I really wanted to complete every training session. I did the workouts at my own tempo at the beginning as I couldn’t finish all the sets, then later on as I got fitter, I managed to complete them all and also reduced the rest time between sets. Although I pushed myself to the max every time, I loved the feeling when I finished 🙂
I have done the second part of this book twice because when I finished it first time, I didn’t feel like I mastered some exercises and sometimes I couldn’t finish all sets.
