After the initial assessment process, I design my clients’ training and nutrition plans according to their current fitness level, lifestyle and goals. I go above and beyond to motivate my clients, and to push them out of their comfort zone, so they get the most out of their training session. I want them to get results!
I believe that learning the basics and the proper technique is the foundation of a successful fitness program. I want my clients to be able to walk in to a gym on their own, and feel confident to know what they are doing, and to do it safely and effectively.
Along with the personalised training plan, I also provide a tailored nutrition plan to each of my clients. Nutrition is extremely important for optimal health, maximum performance, and to get the best results from your workouts.
